Important Information Regarding Askern Music Festival 2023

We are looking forward to welcoming you all back to Askern Music Festival 2023.

With this in mind, we have put together all the best information here to make sure you have the best time.

𝘼𝙍𝙍𝙄𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙇𝙀𝘼𝙑𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝘽𝙔 𝘾𝘼𝙍

We have plenty of onsite car parking spaces available to pre-book online.

Once on site please make sure you have your QR code ready to scan and follow all signage and stewards directions to the car parks.

After the festival has finished our car parks will be extremely busy so we advise arriving as early as possible (onsite car park open from 8am! Askern spa opens from 10am) and to stick around after the event finishes to avoid the first rush after.

We have traffic management and stewards in place to ease congestion! We ask you to remain patient and follow all directions from our car park team.

𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐘 𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐒𝐇𝐔𝐓𝐓𝐋𝐄 𝐁𝐔𝐒

The shuttle bus service will run between Spa Academy, DN6 0AQ, and the festival site at Thornhurst Manor, 10:30am – 3pm. If you are parking in our Askern spa car park or parking in our camper van site this is the best mode of transport to and from the festival.

It will resume later in the evening and run from 8pm – 1am to help people get back.

After the festival has finished we will have a designated shuttle bus queue onsite to help keep people moving on and off the shuttle buses as quickly and as safely as possible.

The shuttle bus is one of the ways to get off-site and back into Askern without having to face the congestion of the drop-off and pick-up zone.

𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐘 𝐓𝐀𝐗𝐈 𝐎𝐑 𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐋𝐈𝐅𝐓𝐒

Once arriving on site please make your way to the drop-off and pick-up area, this is right outside the festival’s main entrance and will be the fastest way in to enjoy your day.

This area is only used for drop off and pick up. Cars wanting to stay longer will be directed to the main car parks.

After the festival finishes, Our pick-up area will be located in the same place as where you were dropped off in the morning! This will be extremely busy, we have stewards in place to help direct traffic in and out as quickly as possible.

WE DO HAVE A TAXI AREA AT THE EVENT BUT WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ARRANGING PERSONAL LIFTS AS TAXI WAIT TIMES WILL BE LONG.

𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐑𝐘 𝐈𝐍𝐓𝐎 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐅𝐄𝐒𝐓𝐈𝐕𝐀𝐋

Tickets are nearly sold out for the event so all guests need a QR code ready to scan at the entrance. Extra tickets can be purchased from our ticketing site.

Tickets can be shown and scanned via phone but we advise you to print them off where possible as the signal is not the best around our park.

Our ticket entrance opens at 11:00am.

𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐔𝐑𝐈𝐓𝐘 𝐒𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐒

A4 SIZE BAGS ARE ALLOWED (MAXIMUM A4 SIZE) INTO THE FESTIVAL BUT WE ADVISE TO NOT BRING ANY BAGS AS THIS WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR ENTRY TIME.

NO FOOD OR LIQUIDS WILL BE ALLOWED ON SITE AND MUST BE DISPOSED OF BEFORE ENTERING.

(PROHIBITED ITEMS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO)
FOOD, LIQUIDS, DRUGS, LEGAL HIGHS, FIREWORKS, KNIVES, WEAPONS, LASER PENS, MEGAPHONES, DOGS, BBQ, AND ANY ITEMS WITH NAKED FLAMES.
